This in-person introductory class uses the textbook, Prêt-à-Parler 1, covering Chapters 1 & 2.  This is the first of six courses in A1 introductory-level French. This is for students who may have studied some French in the past, even if it has been a while. After this class, students continue with A1-2 as their next class.

This is an in-person, intermediate French course targeting both accuracy and fluency with the language. In addition to the textbook, we will be using additional conversation prompts and written texts from a variety of authentic sources.

Pace: Once per week over 10 weeks

This is an in-person culture, conversation, and grammar class. We will be using a variety of sources--music, film, podcast, literary excerpts and other written documents to focus on a variety of cultural, social, and historical topics.
