In this adaptation of a bitter tale by Marcel Aymé, a black marketeer during the Occupation must transport four suitcases of contraband pork from one end of Paris to the other. His new partner turns out to be nightmarishly and deliberately destructive and sadistic, fatally endangering the exploit. Not rated.
